He was patient, listened to exactly what I wanted to do, took the time to explain things to me and teach me (e.g., how wall anchors work), went downstairs to his get his car from my building’s valet to get other necessary tools- he was just wonderful. He helped me hang several items and make sure they were all level. José really cares and is there to help you. The job he was going to next was to help an older woman put lights on her Christmas tree! This Handyman app is great
