Vernita is amazing! I had been housebound for nine months and Vernita did such a phenomenal job that my apt was back in its previous state, and I didn't think that was possible. She is also a genuinely good and nice person. I will use Vernita for all of my future cleanings.

A completely different cleaner than "Filipi" arrived 30 minutes late. Cleaning did not begin until 9am. The cleaner left at 11:45am. So, I only received a 2.75hrs cleaning. The "substitute cleaner" was nice and did an adequate job. I would appreciate an explanation as to why a different cleaner is being used. And a credit for the 1.25hrs of cleaning I did not receive. Thanks.

Taylor is wonderful. She cleaned every corner of the bathtub and was very communicative and thorough in her cleaning.

This was the best handy cleaning we've had thus far. Emma was able to get all the grime/dirt off our tub when no one else could. She managed her time well and was able to clean our entire place spotless in just two hours. Five stars easy!
