Ali was very nice, but was 35 min late to our cleaning (was given notice he would be 15 min late). He ended after 2.5 hours (not a complete 3 hours). Also, I'm not sure if his vacuum is effective; lots of dust / hair still left on the floor.

Schelsea was very thorough and left the apartment in such better shape. Would love to get her again in the future.
