Jose did such an amazing job! He called early to confirm because of a mistake on my part regarding the address... Which I really appreciated. He arrived 5 minutes early to a 8:00 AM appointment on a Sunday the day after a snow storm. He got straight to work after nothing more than a simple walk through. And he worked wonders on my rather large apartment, leaving spotless and smelling amazing. Bonus points for leaving my microwave and toaster looking brand new after years of neglect.
