Great cleaning. Friendly, professional, asked all the right questions about what we wanted cleaned at the beginning and stayed whole 3 hrs.

The kitchen and bathrooms look great! Vacuuming was ok, but in one room there was a quarter on the floor, so either he didn't vacuum well in that room, or vacuumed around the quarter, which seems unlikely. I was pretty disappointed that my bed wasn't made. I had striped all the old sheets and left the sheets and blankets and pillows on the bed to make the job easier. I can home and everything was still piled on the bed, which isn't a huge deal, but definitely soured my overall impression.

Susan did a great job cleaning our home! She was very thorough and listened to what/how I wanted things cleaned. She is very personable.
