I have lived in the Sacramento area for 20 years and have owned 100 year old homes in the area as well as a mid century modern ranch home right here in Citrus Heights. I have been a carpenter all of my life. I prefer interior finish but do any kind of residential electrical (new circuits, switches, ceiling fans, new electrical services etc.) residential plumbing (water heater, gas lines, jacuzzi's, faucets, irrigation, clawfoot baths, tubs and shower enclosure, etc.) I hang doors, build/install kitchen and bath cabinets, crown and base trim, siding etc.
