Nuranne was great! She was very friendly and sociable, and super detail oriented for the cleaning. I asked for the focus of the cleaning to be all the dust and other accumulation on the floor for the sake of our cat, and it's perfect! All the hard to reach spots under furniture and behind cabinets I haven't even looked at in years got cleaned out. The steamer she brought was also fantastic for our floors! A+
