Kitchen floor still had hair and remanants. Carpet by bathroom and stairs wasnt vacuumed but thats something i will explicitly ask next time

There was a mixup, entirely my fault. Service was supposed to start at noon, but I received an email saying the service was supposed to start at 2pm. The gentleman called me and was understandably upset when I informed him the appt was for 2 even tho his instructions said noon. Please ignore the rating. My experience with Handy has been good. I'm sure if the cleaning had gone forward, this time would have been ok as well.

Handled a poorly planned situation our end and did a great job. He was on time and my user error messed up on the app. Calling now to fix.
