Jenai was so kind to me! I was all over the place finishing a look for a client (I’m a Freelance makeup artist) and aside from that I had a bunch of cousins coming over. I had to book this appointment because it was booked as reoccurring and I forgot about it. I cancelled and realized I was charged so I had to book (otherwise you only get 50% refund in these cases) on a day which I would be home and this day was my only day. I felt so bad because I had all this going on while Jenai tried to clean. She remained calm and professional and did an excellent job regardless of the commotion. I ensured to clear the areas in which she was cleaning in and she completed everything thoroughly. I cannot thank her enough. Overall very good but there are parts of the apartment that haven't been cleaned like around the bed, window sills, ornaments.
