Couple spots of the apt were overlooked- bathroom sink wasnt wiped down and the rug didnt look vacuumed thoroughly. Rest of the place great!

Carpet in master bedroom and closet looked like it wasnt vacuumed/not vacuumed very well. Big pieces of lint still on floor.

Katherine is my regular cleaner and is anyways punctual and takes care of all the little details and I don't ever need to supervise her.

Ferris was amazing! We've been using Handy for months and Ferris was easily the best we have had. We were amazed.

Erika was very professional and courteous. She had a great attitude and did a wonderful job cleaning my floors, which were a mess! She cleaned everything else super well too. Would have over again!

She left early, which is fine if the job is completed, but i swiped my fingers across a couple of places in the room and they weren't clean
