The cooler resevoir wasnt cleaned & I had specifically pointed it out & some of the cleaning was done around desks/couches missing some dirt

She was lovely and did a great job on a tough apartment. She had some TTC troubles, but was very professional about calling ahead.

The work that she does is fantastic, the thing that stands above the work is her positivity, she engages people and it shows she cares!
