Upon arrival, I emphasized that dusting is really important to me. Nigel (he goes by his middle name) did a decent job but left the details untouched, after he left I had to go back and dust the living room and surfaces in our bathroom and spare room. He did the heavy lifting of cleaning toilets, kitchen stove, etc. but if he would have taken the full allotted time (he left after just two hours vs. the four Handy quoted) his work would have been complete. I will look for another professional next time and be more explicit in my cleaning needs.
