Arrived nearly 2 hours late, glass surfaces were very streaky, certain items were left very out of place from where they were originally.

I seem to be missing over $500 worth of items. There was a plastic container on my counter top in my bathroom that held my retainers (clear plastic) and it also had some eye medicine. Can you please ask her where this is? I have looked everywhere and I am unable to locate the items. They were all in this white plastic bowl. She unfortunately also threw away all of my recycling in the trash including my recycling containers, which were durable plastic, colored, labeled, and clearly NOT disposable. Do you teach your people to ask before they throw everything? This has happened many times with 2-3 different people that they throw things away that are obviously not trash. I expect a response from the professional and if I can't find my items, a full refund is the minimum I expect.
