First time using handy. Yaneth was awesome. She really took her time and went above and beyond. I wasn’t able to stay the whole time she was here because I had to work but I was so pleased to come back to a very clean apartment. I went into my room and saw that she even organized my desk! Will definitely request her again.

I seem to be missing over $500 worth of items. There was a plastic container on my counter top in my bathroom that held my retainers (clear plastic) and it also had some eye medicine. Can you please ask her where this is? I have looked everywhere and I am unable to locate the items. They were all in this white plastic bowl. She unfortunately also threw away all of my recycling in the trash including my recycling containers, which were durable plastic, colored, labeled, and clearly NOT disposable. Do you teach your people to ask before they throw everything? This has happened many times with 2-3 different people that they throw things away that are obviously not trash. I expect a response from the professional and if I can't find my items, a full refund is the minimum I expect.

Rosetta arrived early. She was very quite while she worked and did a womderful job. She was sweet and worked with a smile!

Juan was the best hand cleaner I've ever had. I was nervous at first having a guy clean but he did the most thorough job anyone has ever done. should b 6 stars.
